This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the expansion of multiple brands through strategic marketing initiatives. As a Web Developer at EBQ, you will support client projects through website development, optimization, email template creation, and ongoing maintenance.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to build high-performing digital experiences that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices

• Convert design mockups into functional, responsive web components

• Implement responsive designs across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices

• Collaborate with content teams to execute SEO strategies and analyze web performance metrics

• Optimize landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns

• Develop responsive email templates compatible across devices and clients

• Maintain technical documentation and project records

• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure performance, security, and functionality

• Support integrated marketing initiatives alongside the marketing team

• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets

• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional client representation

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility testing

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and process-oriented

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to continuously learn

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, Webflow)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
