Senior Product Adoption Strategist (Shopping)
Location: Remote (United States) / New York City
Reddit is building a high-impact Product Adoption team within its Global Sales organization to accelerate the adoption of key advertising products. This team plays a central role in helping advertisers succeed while driving revenue growth across priority product lines.
As a Senior Product Adoption Strategist ( Shopping), you will lead the global adoption of Reddit’s Shopping ad solutions across Large Customer Sales and Mid-Market segments. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Enablement, and Marketing Science to scale high-impact adoption programs for advertisers and agencies worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Accelerate Product Adoption: Drive growth and usage of Reddit’s Shopping ad products to help advertisers achieve performance goals.
- Partner with Sales Teams: Support pitching, onboarding, activation, and long-term growth of Shopping advertisers.
- Build Scalable Programs: Design and execute global product adoption initiatives for advertisers and agencies.
- Enable Sales Excellence: Develop tailored sales enablement materials, training, and playbooks to support Shopping ad solutions.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with advertisers to identify opportunities, activate campaigns, and expand product usage.
- Advocate for Advertisers: Surface product needs, gaps, and opportunities to Product and PMM teams to guide roadmap improvements.
- Measure Impact: Partner with Sales and Strategy & Operations leaders to track progress against goals and optimize outcomes.
- Leverage Partners: Collaborate with third-party partners to accelerate Shopping ads growth.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or related fields
- Proven experience in product adoption, growth, or sales strategy within ad tech or digital platforms
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving advertiser challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Shopping ads or eCommerce products
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with tools like Mode, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Excellent project and program management capabilities
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Pay Transparency
This role may be offered at multiple career levels. Compensation includes base salary, equity (RSUs), and commission eligibility. Reddit provides transparent salary ranges for all U.S.-based roles, benchmarked against comparable growth-stage companies.
Base Salary Range:
$126,000 – $176,400 USD (final offers depend on skills, experience, and role level)
