We are hiring a Sales Manager to strengthen performance across our fast-growing inbound sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on measurable improvement. You will analyze performance data, review calls, coach with precision, and ensure every representative is consistently improving.
Conduct structured one-on-one and small group coaching sessions
Analyze close rates, deal velocity, and call quality
Identify specific behaviors affecting results
Build measurable improvement plans and track weekly progress
Break down conversion metrics from lead to onboarding
Identify performance gaps at each stage
Separate activity issues from skill deficiencies
Recommend coaching actions or performance exits based on data
Manage the full lifecycle of underperformance from diagnosis to PIP to replacement
Maintain a live performance tracker for all team members
Review measurable goals weekly with leadership
Continuously raise overall team standards
Foster a culture that balances support with high standards
Reinforce a customer-first mindset on every call
Reduce voluntary attrition among top performers
Ensure expectations remain clear and consistent
Act as the communication bridge between sales floor and leadership
Provide feedback on what is working and what needs improvement
Protect team focus while adapting to startup changes

Base salary: 1,800 to 2,000 USD per month depending on experience
Performance bonus: Up to 1,333 USD per month tied to measurable goals
