You will trade U.S. equities and/or options using firm capital within a defined risk management framework. This is a remote, performance-based role designed for disciplined and independent traders who value autonomy with professional support.
There are no fixed work hours and no micromanagement — performance and responsible risk management matter more than screen time.

Compensation
This is a performance-based role.
