Huge is seeking a seasoned Experience Design Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital experiences. In this leadership role, you will serve as the central force within the design process — guiding interdisciplinary teams from research and strategy through concept development and final delivery.
This is a hands-on creative leadership position. You will not only set the experience direction but also actively craft UX deliverables such as personas, user journeys, sitemaps, information architecture, and wireframes. You’ll challenge teams to think beyond the expected while ensuring every solution is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Lead the strategy, design, and execution of user-centered digital products
Define and champion the overall experience vision across multiple initiatives
Conduct and synthesize user research, market analysis, and competitive insights
Translate findings into UX frameworks, user journeys, personas, and wireframes
Build structured taxonomies and hierarchies that support scalable experiences
Design highly interactive, performance-conscious digital interfaces
Apply analytics and behavioral data to refine and validate design decisions
Maintain excellence in usability, accessibility, and UX quality standards
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions
8+ years of experience in experience design or creative leadership, ideally within digital or product-focused agencies
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex digital experience projects
Strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking and problem-solving
Experience mentoring and guiding multidisciplinary teams
Advanced skills in wireframing, prototyping, and UX design tools
Deep understanding of interaction design and performance optimization
Data-informed design approach with strong analytical thinking
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills
Awareness of emerging UX, design, and technology trends

Salary range: $106,000 – $135,000 USD
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity considerations.
