As part of our expansion, we are growing our digital marketing division, Leads Reacher. Leads Reacher operates differently from traditional marketing agencies. Rather than simply running ads, we build predictable lead generation systems that integrate high-performance advertising, technology, and automation.
Unlike agencies that retain control of data and infrastructure, we create complete conversion ecosystems — including landing pages, CRM configurations, and automated follow-up systems — all fully owned by our clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaigns Manager to join our rapidly growing remote team.
This hybrid role positions you as the key link between clients, campaign data, and our internal production teams. You are not just executing ads — you are managing and optimizing the entire advertising ecosystem, from campaign setup and performance scaling to reporting results and communicating strategy to clients.
Although our internal Tech Team handles the technical implementation, you must possess a deep understanding of how paid media and CRM automations integrate. Your role is to guide strategy, optimize performance, and clearly communicate results to business owners.
Core Responsibilities
Advanced Campaign Optimization
Manage, monitor, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Conduct daily data analysis to identify high-performing and underperforming elements, making informed, data-driven decisions to maximize qualified lead generation.
Client Management & Communication
Serve as the primary client contact. Lead weekly and monthly reporting calls, simplifying complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that business owners can easily understand.
Go-Live Project Management
Oversee new client onboarding and campaign builds to meet our streamlined three-week launch timeline. Coordinate effectively between onboarding, tech, design, and copywriting teams.
Internal Coordination & Strategy
Translate client objectives into detailed briefs for internal production teams to ensure landing pages, creative assets, and automations align with strategic goals.
Quality Assurance
Ensure the entire conversion system operates seamlessly — verifying tracking pixels, automation triggers, and lead delivery accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced Media Buying (3–4+ Years)
Proven experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Strong command of Ads Manager platforms with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues confidently.
Exceptional Communication Skills
Outstanding written and verbal English. Confident in leading client discussions and clearly articulating the reasoning behind optimization decisions.
Project Management Expertise
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple timelines across various clients and departments simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency (GoHighLevel Preferred)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly advantageous. While development skills are not required, you should comfortably navigate CRM systems and understand funnel logic.
