We specialize in designing visually compelling websites that build trust, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads. We also implement hyper-local SEO strategies to help clients rank for local searches and develop powerful backend CRM and funnel systems to maximize lead conversion.

The Role

We are hiring a full-time Website Builder with expertise in WordPress and Elementor. In this role, you will build and optimize websites for our clients while collaborating closely with our internal team.

Responsibilities

You will create design concepts and layouts for new and existing websites, collaborate with designers, developers, and writers, and use our internal systems along with client-provided content to build and update websites. Training will be provided where needed.

The role involves communicating with clients primarily via email and occasionally through calls to gather information, suggest improvements, and clarify requirements. You will maintain steady progress to ensure projects move forward efficiently, provide regular updates to the COO and CEO, contribute innovative ideas, and remain responsive to both clients and internal team members.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. We prioritize productivity and results over strict time tracking, offering flexibility in when and where you work.

We require full commitment and focus on Goodjuju, with no second jobs or side hustles. As the company grows, your opportunities for advancement and income growth will grow as well.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary ranges from $1,900 to $2,100 per month, depending on experience and performance, paid twice monthly. There are multiple opportunities for raises based on initiative and results, along with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.
