Junior Web Developer (Remote Hungary) – TypeScript / Node.js | Up to HUF 9,000,000 Salary
Storyteller is hiring a Junior Web Developer to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS team. This is a full-time, permanent remote position available anywhere in Hungary, offering up to HUF 9,000,000 annually, 33 days of paid leave, and the opportunity to work on a high-growth product trusted by leading global sports brands.

What You’ll Do
As a Junior or Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative, product-focused team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous learning.
In this role, you will:

Build and ship small end-to-end product features

Improve performance and reliability by fixing bugs and adding tests

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Delivery teams to solve real customer problems

Enhance developer experience by contributing to documentation, examples, and integration tools

Break down technical challenges from first principles and select practical solutions

Take ownership of tasks from planning through release

Contribute to CI improvements, testing frameworks, and local development tooling
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or Python

Basic knowledge of React, APIs/HTTP, and simple databases (SQL or NoSQL)

Strong interest in AI and AI-assisted coding (experience with LLMs or code assistants is essential)

Clear problem-solving ability and logical reasoning

Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
