Job Description
This role offers full Product Engineering (PE) ownership across the entire product lifecycle — from initial concept through end-of-life — with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products to customers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full product lifecycle ownership from development through production and end-of-life

Define ATE test strategies, qualification plans, and manufacturing processes

Manage product release into manufacturing while meeting stringent Tier-1 customer requirements

Prepare datasheets and automotive compliance documentation

Provide real-time customer support on design, product, and quality matters

Perform temperature, voltage, and process characterization and establish production limits
-
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and assume yield ownership

Manage product Bill of Materials (BOM) release and maintenance

Oversee supplier and customer excursion management

Utilize yield management tools to monitor performance and drive yield improvement

Generate weekly yield reports and review with Product Engineering teams

Achieve KPIs related to NPI execution speed, cost optimization (gross margin improvement), product quality performance, and failure analysis cycle time

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Engineering

Strong background in analog circuit design (mandatory)

Experience in power management IC testing (preferred)

Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Teradyne J750 and Advantest 93K

Solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuitry, device physics, test methodologies, and DFT principles

Experience with laboratory equipment including DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters (bench characterization experience is advantageous)

Knowledge of JEDEC and AEC qualification standards and stress testing procedures

Experience developing qualification hardware and software (preferred)

Proficiency in yield management tools such as PDF Exensio and JMP

Strong statistical analysis skills to drive data-based decision-making

Experience managing supplier excursions and customer escalations

Knowledge of semiconductor failure analysis (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
